Hey guys!

I'm Nina, from Kotor, Montenegro. I'm currently working as an architect at the company called Enforma (you should check it out if you're interested in achitecture and interior design:) ) My great passions are architecture, art and traveling.

If you want to hangout you should be aware that I'm way too much talkative, and I love meeting other people and other cultures. I like sharing experiences and listening to other people's stories and recommendations of where should I go and what to visit.
I also like to hear about unsual, non-turistic places to visit in a certain city, to have a coffee at places where locals go, to see hidden spots of the cities etc.

No matter where I go, I always value more memories of people in a certain place, and the feeling I had there, not the place itself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love this idea, it is a great way to meet other people and to help them experience the place you live in from the local point of view, and of course it is great when you're available to host.
I'm very friendly and I meet foreigners quite often on the street or in the bar, and I usually show them cool spots of the city and buy them good local beer, so using Couchsurfing is just another way to hang out and have fun.

Interests

Besides traveling, I'm very passionate about architecture. However, when traveling I'm getting more interested in nature rather than urban places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock. All types of rock, and I have a soft spot for Pearl Jam, even though I don't listen to them as much as I used to. I'm not a big movie lover, so I'm not really competent to talk about it, but from time to time I watch a must-see classics, just because I consider it a matter of cultural education to know masterpieces of cinematography :) Regarding books, in the last years at home I mostly read just Architecture/Engineering/Art books. However when I'm traveling I never take books with me, I have a habit of buying books wherever I go and reading them on the road, so each book reminds me of a certain place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When you have a certain way of life you always push boundaries, so whatever I found amazing at the time doesn't seem like an achievement after a while, each thing brings a new excitement I guess. So looking forward to the rest of my bucket list :)
