I’m a Danish woman currently living in Copenhagen. I just returned from living in Melbourne Australia for 6 months. I’ve previously lived in Canada for 4 years while completing my undergraduate degree. While living in North America, I started to get into the wonderful couchsurfing community and I just really love the idea of it. I think it’s a great way to meet new people and learn about the places you visit. I have not been able to host before, but now I am finally at a stage where it is possible for me to host.

Because I think its a great way to meet people with a similar mindset and interests. I prefer to see new places from a more local perspective and actually get a feeling of what life is like in the places I visit. I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds and sharing experiences.
