Well, I am the adventurous type, but more so I am a frugal gal! So often, an inability to find proper accommodation curbs my enthusiasm when an opportunity comes my way. As a surfer--and a host--I hope to minimize this tragedy in the world at large :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As soon as I heard of Couchsurfering, I knew it was right up my alley! My family has always had many guests in the home growing up, and I appreciated the kindness I have received from others in kind through my adult years. I never actually took advantage of the service until just recently when my sister and I ended up "down and out" on a particularly long road trip, but it turned what could have been a very miserable situtation into something truly rewarding. And I would love to reciprocate (and replicate!) the experience now that I've created my own account :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I feel like there is something I can learn from anyone! I look forward to meaningful interactions and sharing who I am with those I come in contact with. And I am a grateful, HELPFUL guest! I won't be a burden!!
