My love for travel started at a young age thanks to my parents. In 2014 I took a trip of a lifetime to the Philippines which changed me completely. I have since then been thinking of quitting and wrapping everything back in Bengaluru. I have finally achieved it this summer. I recently concluded an 11 month trip to North, Central & South America. I was in USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica & Colombia.

A little more about me: I am from Mumbai, India. I am a product specialist building apps and websites. The last 5 years I lived in Bengaluru working with some high profile start ups. Prior to life in Bengaluru I was finishing my masters degree (MBA) from Thunderbird school of global management, USA. I love interacting with new people and seeing a city through the eyes of a local has its own charm.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the last couple of years in Bengaluru I have had a chance to allow a lot of people to come surf with me. Usually friends or family. However, I have never done the same. My plan for each city is slightly long and would like to cut on the expenses as much as possible. I would be able to return the favor once I am back in any city that I would live in. This would be a great way to interact with more folks.

I love scuba diving, Karaoke, sports, events, hikes, cycling, movies etc.

I love music, movies & books. However, I cannot get myself to read much. Trying to change this habit. I love listening to a varied genres of music & do enjoy a nice movie.

I got a dog adopted once. She has found a happy home. It gives me immense pleasure.

I can share my love for cooking & would be happy to learn any new skills that come my way. I am learning Spanish this year. This is my biggest goal.
