About Me

I'm an active, but at the same time tranquil and easy-going engineer/geophysicist. I love geosciences, mathematics, physics, but even if studies keeps me busy a lot, I am not only about it.

I have a very strong sports routine and love cycling long distances, going for a run, hike, swim, cross-country skiing, rowing, you name it. Just every cardiovascular sport actually. Don't pass me the volleyball though, because I'll probably only notice it when it's already down on the floor for 3 seconds. ;)

Since I'm geographically separated from my bass at the moment, I listen even more music. I like to listen to as many different styles of music as I can. Once in a while I really enjoy dancing like a lunatic to Drum 'n Bass/Psytrance/ but also metal or disco or anything that's got a good beat! :D
Love Aphex Twin's beats

Apart from that, I cook a lot. Sometimes I even think I should cook less. Mostly Italian, loyal to my father's culture, but I also like learning about other cuisines or making a new recipe with whatever is left in the fridge.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After my studies and being rejected for a (only my first) job application, I realized the freedom we actually have and immediately left the country to travel the Andes. Hitchhiking alone in Chile/Argentina is just great and very easy. Don't let people scare you.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you...
mathematics, physics (I'm best at mechanics), cooking traditional Italian. I can give you personal training for running, cycling, swimming basics, rowing or just a bootcamp

I'd like to learn...
quantum physics (the only completely unknown subject in physics for me, please teach me about this promising field of study!). I'd like to practice my Italian. Cook tofu and insects properly. Playing musical instruments, like the bass and piano.
