Hello! I am a English/Japanese Londoner, freshly graduated from a Design masters at Central Saint Martins.

I've spent my childhood living between Tokyo and London, going from karaoke to gigs, and grew up loving the myriad of different things I could experience as a dual cultured kid! I studied fashion design in Edinburgh for 4 years and then moved on to a speculative design masters back in London.

I love novels, podcasts, watching films and going to exhibitions and talks. I guess you could say I'm enthralled by stories and story-telling, I love nothing better than listening to stories from other people's lives! Also a good beer!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm quite new to couchsurfing but really love the concept of it. While I lived in Edinburgh, my flatmate had a few surfers staying at ours, and it has always been a fun and actually quite an enlightening experience!

I think it's great meeting new people from all over the world and being part of something that's outside the profit-making mentality! Now that the intensity of the Masters is over, I really would love to travel more and have a chance to interact with all sorts of different people!
