About Me

Hi there!

I’m someone who loves to meet new people and explore new experiences, even if it sometimes takes a bit of courage to step out of my comfort zone. While I enjoy going to parties or concerts alone on occasion—because it’s a great way to meet people—I’m also a bit shy and not always the most confident person in the room. But I’ve found that those solo adventures are usually worth it, and they always bring something unexpected into my life.

Earlier this year, at the end of April 2025, I decided to leave my life in Germany behind for a while. Since then, I’ve spent 11 weeks in Florida doing volunteer disaster relief work—hands-on, physical work that transformed damaged houses into safe and welcoming spaces again, which I found incredibly rewarding. I’ll be exploring a bit of Canada and Iceland before heading back there.

I feel at home in nature and love hiking, whether it’s a short trail or a full day out. Being outdoors—just walking, exploring, or sitting somewhere peaceful—always recharges me.

By profession, I’m a trained library assistant, so it’s no surprise I’m passionate about books. I read fantasy, romance, magical realism, and nonfiction, and I also love audiobooks—especially anything by Agatha Christie. I’m vegan, which is an important part of my lifestyle.

Music is a constant companion for me. I’m always listening to something, whether it’s the same song on repeat or something completely new and experimental. I love the local cultural scene and enjoy attending punk or experimental music concerts. Dancing is something I do purely for the joy of it, whether I’m alone or with others, even though I don’t consider myself a great dancer.

Games are another thing I really enjoy — from board and card games with friends to getting lost in a good PC or console game. Whether it’s something collaborative or competitive, I’m always up for a round.

If you're up for some deep conversations, exploring the city, hiking, or just sharing your favorite music tracks, I'd love to connect!
