Hi I am on couchsurfing because I love to meet new people and travel on a budget! I am 26 years old and a new attorney. I travel mostly with my husband Mike, who works in the machining industry. We love to hike, snow ski, snowshoe, and mountain bike. I am starting to find a new love for cycling actually. Both of us grew up near the Great Lakes and spent our summers in Northern Michigan which instilled in us a great love for nature and the outdoors. I am just starting out my career and I am excited for the future and all of the people I'll hopefully meet!

I am couchsurfing because not only do I love to meet new and interesting people, and hear their amazing stories, but I also believe in what goes around comes around. If you help out a person who is in need and needs to travel on a budget, that kindness will be given back to you in some way.

Interests

I love to do yoga, travel, play sports, spend time outdoors, and absolutely love dogs. I also like used to figure skate for 20 years, but now I play hockey too! My husband and I have a boxer and a golden retriever whom we treat like our little furry children.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music: Classic rock (especially Lynyrd Skynyrd!) and country music. I love to sing my favorite songs on karaoke nights and embarrass myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that happened to me was in Hawaii. I was snorkeling on the island of Kauai when all of a sudden this giant sea turtle swam right underneath me! It was so beautiful and absolutely breathtaking. It was one of the most surreal moments of my life that I will always cherish.
