Hi all!
I love traveling to different countries since I've lived in US for one year as an Au Pair after finishing high school. Since then I've traveled through Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands), US (East Coast, Seattle, Chicago,...) and Asia (Singapore, Malaysia). During my studies I did one semester abroad with Erasmus and therefore I lived on the fantastic island Tenerife (Spain) for 5 months.

Traveling is not only about seeing new places but also about meeting new people. I like to talk to locals to learn more about the places, talk about the world or just hang out together.

Apart from traveling I like hanging out with friends, reading & swimming.

I have tried out Couchsurfing with my boyfriend a few years ago when we were traveling through Europe. It was such a good experience and I was surprised about the hospitality of the people.
Now I would like to travel with a friend and would like to have my own account. I think that Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet locals plus save money as a student. I do not need a fancy hotel to experience a new place :)
