Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I often book flights or bus tickets spontaneously and make things up as I go. Being this flexible, I hardly ever have friends accompanying me on my trips, but solo traveling has proven to be my favourite kind yet, since I may start alone but always end up meeting great people I probs wouldn't have talked to if I hadn't been by myself.
With Couchsurfing it's become so easy to find like-minded travelers and locals to hang out with.

Because I spend most of my time writing, listening to music, reading and playing the guitar, I don't watch telly too often. One of my childhood (and all time) favourites though: Lord of the Rings. (Hobbit is probably one of my favourite books, too.)

I've always been a weird kid. So it shouldn't be surprising at all that my favourite book (ever since I discovered it at the tender age of 12) is just as weird: Kafka on the Shore (Haruki Murakami).
I've recently developed a great interest in English poetry and literature, as well. (This would have been my dream subject to study at Uni.) So if you can recommend a piece or author you liked, please do!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Well, I can't offer much, but I do play the guitar and the ukulele (not as good as I'd like to but hey). I may be only self-taught but thanks to that, my repertoire of easy four-chords-songs I could teach you is quite broad.

After years and years of trying, I still haven't managed to get "Wonderwall" right though it's such an easy, classic song (me in a nutshell tbh). But I still hold on hope that someday, I'll meet a fellow traveller who can show me how it's done.
