ABOUT ME

Hello everybody, I'm Nina 24, born in Amsterdam, studied theatre in Belgium, lived and worked on organic farms in Australia and recently worked and lived in Yogyakarta to collaborate with a puppet theatre group. I love to create all kinds a things from clothes and jewelry to cheese, gardens, films, stories, drawings and smiles on peoples faces:) I just love to work with my hands. I like to dream, dance, cook, watch films, swim in lakes and the ocean (especially by night), love the rain if I'm somewhere warm and cosy, love the sun if I'm outside walking or bicycling, love to look at other people's intently watching faces during museum visits, love to write down bizarre conversations I had with strangers, like to draw daily objects, like to philosophy about why, how and who, mostly in circles(ok, I have to confess: I don't particularly always like it, it just happens:) Although meditation can do the trick. (I'll go further with my like-list) like to make heart-shape-forms in milk-foam when making coffee, I love giving self-made presents to friends when they least expect it, I would love to have my own vegetable garden, love organize bomb-fire-parties, love to find good old furniture on the street, like to sleep under clean-washed sheets occasionally... etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Besides that couchsurfing is a cheep way to travel, I have enjoyed the hospitality, conversations and the spirits of the people I met a lot. And I hope to continue meeting more interesting/nice people through couchsurf. So to the brains behind this organisation: Thank you! Though, I feel a bit guilty that I still haven't offered my own couch, but if the opportunity will come along I promise I will..
