I am a professional in the healing arts field, do women's empowerment work, into dance and movement, an artist, an explorer of consciousness, very spiritually oriented. I am easy going, friendly and bright...expressive and quite unique my friends say!

Buddhist teachings subtly form a backdrop for my approach to life...living from the heart, being a real human being, embracing what IS with courage and honesty. Creative expression of my spirit leads the way with vibrancy and freedom.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Swimming with the wild spinner dolphins in Kauai! I spent 9 months living outside in a hidden little camp at the beach as I went through massage school in 2000. My whole experience on Kauai has shaped me deeply and I know I am an island girl at heart.
