ABOUT ME

I'm a 29 years old girl from Taiwan. Since the first time I went working holiday in U.S. I've been addicted on travel!!! Can't stop seeing this world :)

My major in uni was Journalism and I used to be a reporter in TV news. After that I went to Australia for working holiday for one year. Also I had done my Europe trip, which was lasting for 3 months. I visited France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and Spain. Part of my journey was 30 days on The Camino de Santiago. That's was amazing and inspiring!!

In Taiwan, I was working in a famous traditional tea house in Taipei for 4 years. Thus tea and its philosophy has became a very important part in my life. Now I'm a pastry chef in a great Italian restaurant. Hoping I'll get the chance to meet people with Chinese Kung-fu tea and some lovely hand-made sweets!

I've been a surfer for 10 times in Europe and Japan, which were great times!!!

I've been a tea demonstrator in Taiwan.
Making Kung-fu tea(traditional Chinese tea) is my habit and also profession.
I would love to share good tea and its philosophy with all the surfer and host.
I can also bake many kinds of tasty desserts and sweets. I'll love to share that with people.
