Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was living in Lucerne, 20 years ago, we had heaps of couch requests and hosted a lot of very great people. A "simple" two week backpacking-trip in England on my own turned out to one of my best traveling experiences I ever had.... staying at CS's houses, I experienced heartly hospitality, I met awesome people and really enjoyed the authentic lifestyle. I loved it!

Now the year have passed and I live with my family in Oeschgen. We have a big house with a lovely garden and just returned from a big trip to the other end of the world, as we decided to revive my account. We all love to meet humans, share a good time with openhearted people and listen to stories they have to tell.

Interessen

I love nature. In winter we all do snowboarding and skiing; in summer we spend time in the mountains.
I love to cook while listening to good music... of course that's a good point to have quite often guests :-)
I'm absolutely crazy about taking pictures, so my camera is a good friend of mine... I also like to meet friends for a tasty capuccino, good conversations and laughs.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

...we just returned from a trip to the other end of the world. We bought a one-way ticket to Colombo, booked a family room for the first four days and told our friends we wouldn't come home for the next four month.... and from then on, we played it by ear.
