ABOUT ME
Update -
I am now Microsoft free :). Running Kubuntu on my desktop right now and have internet access at home so answering e-mails won't be such a problem. Again, my apologies to everyone for not being so regular with replying to e-mails.
The couches will not be available for the rest of February since I will be doing some cleaning up/repairs in the living areas. They will be ready for couch surfing from March. Then they will be out in April as I will be traveling to St. Louis. And then they will be back on by May until further notice. Do pay close attention to this if you are planning to come to Portland.
I still need to buy an adapter for my camera. Next task...
------------------------------------------------------
Well, I'm just chugging along in life and I meet interesting people and have interesting experiences along the way. Maybe one day I'll put it all in a book...
PHILOSOPHY
I've realized that I'm not content to fit into a stereotype. Why would you when there is just so much to learn and do?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to CS even though I've been a reluctant member of it since May! But my experiences with couch surfers has for the most part been very pleasant. I'd like to get a first hand taste of it now.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A roommate introduced me to couch surfing and I've had my couch(s) open for a while now. It's a lot of fun and I would really like to experience the other side of it while traveling.
Interests
Love my bass guitar and love playing slap style the best! I've gotten into knitting and crocheting recently and it's been addictive enough for me to call it my in-between events creative outlet. I also like to cook, eat, drink, travel, build stuff, take apart stuff, motorcycles, basketball, political discussion, movies, music and miscellaneous amusement
