About Me
[Looking for a Home Swap somewhere in the world ! - Caucasus - Persian Gulf - West Africa]
Sorry for the weird stuff below, I got weird after my first travel years ago. I'm an actor in a music school trying to focus on stuff during the day. Performing shows of dance, music and theater. I love to have fun and laugh, I have the capacity to loose myself while knowing what's going on so I try to enjoy the ride sometimes.
I love to meet new people, discover new musical genres, dance contemporary and improvisation dance on pretty much everything and be friends.
----
If you're an absurd person, please come over and meet me. To me absurdity happens when we accept life has no meaning and it's such a relief, to observe that we don't know what the fuck we're doing on earth.
My current dream is to go in the world in two years and sing in the street for money, living an adventure and meeting new people everyday. To prepare myself I'm learning how to sing and writings things that may become songs. If that clicks to you TELL ME and you may become a fellow musician!
[For the rest of me, I was born two years and a half ago and I wrote the following]
I'm a kid, a pirate, and a loving, optimistic, passionate, learning person.
If you read the reasons why below, you will know me as much as my sisters. Let's use that knowledge for two reasons!
- If you stay only one night we will be able to go deeper in each other understandings during that night.
- If you're "a lot alike me" and you feel that we have something to do together, tell me we have to meet, or leave me no choice, and I will put more efforts to host you.
--------------
I'm a kid. A curious naive spontaneous child.
I'm a pirate. Not attached to any country as it feels unnatural to claim to feel from any physical location. More into community than identity. I want people to explain themselves and not their supposed identity, their opinion and not their positioning.
I'm a loving person. I sometimes naturally give my maximum attention to everybody who I meet, and I especially feel comfortable with people with whom it feels natural.
Loving everybody and not really able to hate. I want to stay that way, because in my opinion every single person/group of people we dislike on earth is making us a little less happy.
I believe there is no bad person but only suffering person.
I'm an optimistic person. Everything is always gonna be alright because for me the Human lives in an alright state : things are not good nor bad, they're just what they are. When we understand why we can be ok with anything that happens, then we start to be positive : )
I'm a passionate person. Have interest in literally anything that is conceptual, natural or human. Whatever you tell me about, I am interested in it and want to know the reasons and values behind. I don't feel like hearing facts but at least the things behind, and I love to talk about ideas, concepts, spontaneous and well constructed opinions. It brings a whole new dimension to Human exchanges, not to only relate our stories but to share our learnings from them, the thoughts who came up and the changes it brought in our life ; I see it as a form of contextual intelligence.
I write all sorts of journals. Reading 5-6 books at the same time without finishing them, because I become passionated in something new before to be done with something. Likewise, I am writing as many things (mainly thoughts) that I define but can't spend much time in before to switch ; it ends up being scenarios in my mind which I never write... It's sometimes actually more ideas about writings than writings itself.
I'm a learning person. Taking pleasure not in distraction, but in learning. Recently I started learning slackline, and am interested in circus basics as juggling. I'm currently trying to control my toes, want to start harmonica and ukulélé [EDIT: 6 months after I still didn't learn none of those two]. I can quickly have basics in a skill, then with the little satisfaction that I feel, my focus is moving to a new one, sometimes unnoticed by me. Just realized that I like to learn body things but I never learnt to learn the mental things, always memorized instead.
PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE :
Don't be proud of something. Just be happy of it. Take a sincere pleasure in doing the good. Otherwise don't bother trying to do the good and work on yourself first. If you don't halp yourself, nobody is able to help you. If you're unhappy alone, you will be unhappy in a relationship. Don't even look for relationships, look for connections. Love yourself unconditionally and then you can start trying to love the people sincerely. Work on your emotions to feel alive. It is useless even to cross the whole world if you can't feel and you just think what you're doing is cool. Don't bother trying to do what is cool and finally start doing what is you. Don't react, but act. Don't be attached, but feel love. If you can't observe a bad emotion, express what you feel, still. Trust everybody by default but never believe anybody. Don't believe me.
Half-stoic, half-toltec.
I'm everything. I'm complicated and spontaneous. My totem animal is a psychic acrobatic elephant.
AN IMPORTANT MISSION :
Feeling, feeling feelingful. Then travel feelingfully.
PREVIOUS LIVES
I forced myself to study hard sciences without admitting I didn't feel passionate about it because I thought having a good position would be nice... but I've never felt as miserable as when I had this job, the lifestyle was not appropriate for me! I was planning to escape from this with traveling the world, but when I quitted my job I actually joined a theater school instead. Let's see where this leads !
MISSION OF THE YEAR
Somehow I chose between being nomadic and being an artist, and I chose to explore life as an artist first, for two years, by going on to a theater school - ideally I would do both at the same time then.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because life is easier with strangers. We can express ourselves with strangers or/and open people because it doesn't feel weird for them to see differences - and ideally it feels awesome for them.
Because I like short encounters, which allows them to be intense.
Because I have been so well received in other places that I need to give the same hospitality here in my home.
Interests
My interests can express that I like calmness, adventure, crazy calmness and crazy adventure, charming peacefulness and beautiful chaos. Make me feel and I will enjoy anything. Make me think and we will have deep discussions
