Hey there! I'm Nitzan (means "flower bud" in Hebrew) and I'm studying Hippo-therapy (therapy with horses).
Right now I live in Nesher, a suburb near Haifa, and my main interest is (for now) horses and horse riding.
In July-November 2013 I traveled by myself around England, Scotland, Wales and Italy, which was an unforgettable experience. I only couch surfed and was introduced to this amazing opportunity .
Now that I'm stable and have a couch to offer, I want to host as kindly and I was :)

Because it's making world peace.

Sounds like something only Miss America would say, right? but actually I'm not kidding.

I was couch-surfing for three months straight, exchanging hosts every 3-4 days and it was amazing every time to see how we are all so much more alike compared to what we think. We are all humans, we all share the same fears, emotion and thoughts, therefore we'll always have something in common, no matter which culture you're from.

The experience of couch surfing made me realize how much the world is not that huge and fear sum as I think, and, in my opinion, makes social globalization in the best way possible.

I love music, nature, theater, good movies, Buddhist philosophy, fascinating knowledge, good friends, my beloved family, meeting new people, hearing stories and passionate storytellers, books, RIDING HORSES (!), the smell after the rain, influential and inspiring TED talks, people who share their stories and ones who share beautiful moments with me, nostalgic memories, old letters and keeping my dreams alive in my mind. Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

skydiving when I was 10 in New-Zealand, i played the flute in high school and got A+ on my final music exam (may sounds easy but it indeed wasn't), Traveled around UK, Ireland and Italy by myself for four month and embraced unforgettable moments with unforgettable people.
