ABOUT ME

Last week in Indonesia, Nicole and I were in the rainforest in North Sumatra and our guide Rojy told us that if you get lost in the jungle, you can eat termites and giant ants to survive. We didn't believe him so he demonstrated, then asked us to try the same... So, somewhat reluctantly, we ate giant ants fresh from the forest...

I hope this doesn't give you a bad impression of us! We normally prefer fried rice. But the point of travelling is to try new things, and the things you regret are the things you don't do.

We like to think we're friendly, entertaining and adventurous and hopefully you will agree.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have not got very mch experience with couch surfing but hoping to get lots soon! We've both couchsurfed once each and both loved the experience, so really hoping we can do it again.
