Hello all my travelers out there, it’s Nilsu!

My sister (Doğa - 24 years old) and I are enthusiastic Couchsurfer addicts who grew up in a city located by the Aegean Sea, İzmir.

At the moment, I live in Brussels and working as a lawyer. My sister is studying Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul Technical University,

Traveling means kinda searching yourself while meeting new people and learning different varieties of international cultures. I believe that the best path to being “you” as an individual is to travel. Therefore, I always choose to do Couchsurfing during my trips.

When it comes to my hobbies, I like music, especially music festivals. I am a total music festival addict who can try every chance to go to a festival every summer. Because the festivals feel like I'm on another planet and I'm completely free ✨🪐🎊 I also love cooking, but how delicious the food I cook is debatable...😁 Briefly stated, there are so many stories waiting to be told 🙌🏾 I also like to meet new people, explore new cities and learn about new cultures ✈️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing provide us to make connections between countries and people. In this world, recently, we are the people who got the power to stop the violence by building bridges from Asia to Europe. We should learn to live in peace with each other in same universe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attending Rock Werchter twice!

Both of us did Erasmus.

Once I was in Amsterdam with my sister, we couldn't find a place to stay, and it was our last night. So, we decided to stay outside all night. Because the train station is closed, we went to McDonalds, and I fell asleep there. Then, of course, they kicked us out of there 😄 After walking outside a little, we returned to the train station early in the morning 🥳
