ABOUT ME

I grew up in FL, lived in DC after University and then in NYC for 7 years before going to Asia. Lived in HK/China for 8 years and just left April 2012.

I am teaching Yoga and combining outdoor activities and Yoga through the community.

I am linked with the rhythms of the nature so once the sun rises I am up and when it sets I am shortly in bed. Don't really drink anymore and all the things I do are linked to nature related activities, yoga, meditation, and other conscious activities.
