One of the million things I love is meeting new people and learning from, about and with them and what's a better place to do that than Couchsurfing? I've met a bunch of great people through this website and really appreciate the pass-the-good-forward -attitude people have here. Also, I like couches and surfing (although I suck at 50% of those).

I'm pretty much interested in anything, so we surely have something in common. Ships, statistics and maps fascinate me. Printers, cameras and vinyl players are magic. And boardgames. Science. Languages. Music. Philosophy. Arts and crafts. Weird facts. Non-weird facts. Whales. Technology. Everything's pretty awesome.

Music: Mostly dreamy guitar tunes, electronic stuff (as in techno and whatnot), some neo-classical and jazz, but I like surprises and especially strange surprises. The more psychedelic, the better. I'm constantly discovering new stuff and live in a symbiosis with my headphones.

Movies: The Lobster, Inception, The Square, Weekend, A requiem for a dream, The Hunt, Kon Tiki, Tarantino's films, all kinds of awesome documentaries etc. etc. If it makes me cry, it's good. If it's strange and makes me cry, it's perfect.

TV: Not much into series in general, but I have fallen into the infinite loop of rewatching Peep Show. Apart from that I'm always up for a good British panel show.

Books: Anything by Erlend Loe. Anything. Apart from that mostly non-fiction.
