I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and lived there until the age of 16 until I moved to the U.S. I grew up in a bilingual household and my parents have always pushed for me to do what makes me happy rather than just follow what's "normal." I graduated college in May 2018 and have decided to challenge myself to make a living doing what I have always loved doing, in my case, filmmaking. I have been creating films since middle school when I used to shoot music videos on an iPod Touch and havn't put a camera down since. I currently make a living shooting concerts, music videos, as well as some DP work for films. Drone cinematography is one of my favorite forms of filming.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling and meeting new people is when I feel like I am living the most. I don't like knowing what's about to happen and really enjoy the company of others. As someone who makes a living from film, income can be unstable at times and I find that most of my work comes from people so couchsurfing seemed like the perfect fit.
