About Me

I live in a 1979 Titan motorhome with my cat.

I'm not too sure what too make of myself other than I lack punctuality. There doesn't seem to be much of consensus from the rest of the world either. Most people describe me as the native Jesus guy. My best friend would say that I'm wonderful, bighearted, good with kids and too smart for my own good. But she'd also say I'm reckless and I don't think before I act. My last boss tells people I'm wonderful and that she couldn't dream of not having me around. And my first boss would tell you I'm a disrespectful punk who doesn't respect authority. I guess make of me what you will.

My life thoughts:
Everything is a choice, nothing is forcing us to do anything. Just go with it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went swimming off the beach two summers ago, I was about a quarter mile off shore and the salmon were running. There were fishermen near by on boats and earlier there had been orcas feeding. I was alone and I could feel the tide going out and pulling me further so I decided to head back to shore. A school of salmon passed around me on the way back, I kicked a few they were so close. At that point I thought, "Man, one of those orca could really mess me up right now." Then I heard the pack moving out further in the channel feeding on another school of salmon. It would have taken them a few minutes at the most to be on top of me and the fishermen were too far away to help if anything did happen so I just swam as fast as I could toward shore and away from the school before the orcas showed up and possibly get me in the cross fire of chow time. I didn't stop to listen if they were heading my way until I hadn't kicked a salmon in what I thought was about 10 minutes. I was only about 50 or 60 feet away from shore too when I looked back and there they were about a 100 feet away feeding in the school of salmon I had in the middle of kicking.
