About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make it to Madrid for the Champions League Final!

ABOUT ME

I'm a 21 year old Australian who studies civil engineering in the US and is currently studying abroad in Berlin. I learned a phrase when I first arrived in the US - "you do you" - and I think that sums me up pretty well. I do me, whatever that might be in the moment. Music, travel, friends, soccer, going out, it's all cool!

Ich spreche auch ein bissschen deutsch, et je parle un petit peu du Francais.

PHILOSOPHY

You do you and I'll do me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just discovered this website while studying abroad in Germany so at the moment I am looking to surf. But once I'm back at school I have a mighty comfy futon that could become available!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Like I said, none. Hoping this isn't like an "entry-level" job that requires 5 years experience...

Interests

Jumped the gun on this one but to repeat what I said earlier, I'm pretty happy doing just about anything. however, some honorable mentions must go to:
- Music
- Travel
- Soccer/Football (WORLD CUP SOON GET EXCITED)
- Video Games
- Meeting new People
- Experiencing new Places

  • cooking
  • video games
  • traveling
  • music
  • bungee jumping
  • skydiving
  • soccer
  • world cup
  • engineering

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Comedy, action, advernture, etc. Not about the scary movie life.

Music: Mixed tastes but gotten into EDM and drum+bass recently.

Books: Blindness by Jose Saramago was a struggle to read but so worth it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving, bungee jumping... Not particularly unique but awesome nonetheless.

Teach, Learn, Share

Living abroad has taught me that I don't know squat. Unless you want to learn how to boil water to cook 2-minute gnocchi in, because I've got that on lock. I'd like to think that everyone has something to teach though and maybe it's just a matter of helping each other find it.

Countries I’ve Visited

Estonia, Germany, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, United States
