ABOUT ME

It’s really difficult to describe oneself in this little space. Im a lawyer that lives in a quiet residential neighborhood of Buenos Aires, but that doesn't describe me at all. I think one of my virtues is that I love having fun! I'm super fond of music, art, culture, and travelling over all!!! I enjoy very much getting to know people and talking about any subject. I love sightseeing and getting to know different cities and places, learning its history and its culture. I'm very proud of my native city Buenos Aires and I'm more than willing to show around foreigners some touristic places and some which are not but beautiful as well. I'm very respectful of nature and want to live in harmony with it. I enjoy going camping and going to trips that make me be more in contact with nature. Most of it, I'm very easy going and adaptable. I can enjoy a luxury dinner as much as a picnic dinner in a tent.
In march me and my partner Adrian started to travel through Europe. We ll be wandering around for three months and then we will spent some months in South America.
Bueno que difícil es describirse en un casillerito así. Soy una abogada que vive en un tranquilo barrio residencial de Buenos Aires, pero eso dista de describirme! Creo que una de mis virtudes es que me gusta mucho divertirme. La música, el arte, la cultura, viajar sobre todo!!!! Adoro conocer gente nueva y hablar de cualquier tema. Me gusta mucho recorrer ciudades y lugares nuevos, aprender su historia. También estoy profundamente enamorada de mi ciudad natal, Buenos Aires, me enorgullece vivir ahí y me encantaría poder mostrarle lindos lugares no tan turísticos a gente que no vive aquí.
Amo la naturaleza y trato de respetarla y vivir en armonía con ella. Me gusta mucho acampar y hacer viajes que me pongan en un contacto más próximo a ella del que puedo tener viviendo en una gran ciudad.
Soy muy adaptable, disfruto tanto de una cena de lujo como de un picnic en carpa.
En marzo comenzamos a viajar con mi compa por Europa. Estaremos tres meses vagando en el viejo continente y luego un par de meses mas en Sudamerica.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Amo conocer gente y lugares nuevos. Con CS puedo hacer ambos! Pero sobre todo, creo que el espíritu de CS es crear lazos de solidaridad con personas esencialmente desconocidas. Nos ayuda a salir de nuestro individualismo y a perder el miedo a pedir y dar ayuda. Y eso es una utopia perfectamente realizable!
I love meeting new people and new places. With CS I can do both. But most of all, I believe that the spirit of CS is to creat bonds of solidarity among people that are esencially strangers. It help us to leave behind our individualism and to loose the fear of giving and asking for help. And that is an utopia quite possible!

Intereses

Amo el arte en todas sus formas. Voy a taller de teatro hace muchos años y con mi grupo de teatro ya estrenamos unas cuantas obritas de nuestra autoría. Sólo con pensar en el teatro y en mis colegas amigos se me dibuja la sonrisa. También amo cantar y bailar. Me encantan casi todos los estilos de música. Amo los recitales y conciertos de todo tipo.
I love art. I have taken theatre lessons for many years and with my theatre group we have presented many plays written by us. I love singing and dancing too. I love music, going to concert and recitals.

Libros: Rayuela, 100 años de soledad sin dudas. Pero leo de todo, si las paradas de colectivos tuvieran historias escritas jamás llegaría a horario a ningún lugar!
Books: Rayuela, 100 years of solitude. But I read everything, if bus stops had stories written on the I would never get on time anywhere!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Es difícil llenar este espacio porque soy una persona con una capacidad de asombro inagotable jaja. Voy a intentar elegir tres lugares totalmente distintos que me hayan dejado sin habla.
1) Haciendo camino del Inca en Perú, me emocioné hasta las lágrimas cuando llegué a la puerta del sol (Inti Punku) y vi las ruinas del Machu Pichu por primera vez. Vi miles de fotos y soñé e imaginé el viaje cientos de veces, pero nada se compara ni se comparará con ese momento en que tuve la primer vista de las ruinas, escondidas tras la niebla.
2) Cuando subí a la Torre Eiffel durante el atardecer. Me pareció increíble ver como se ponía el sol e iban cambiando las tonalidades y las luces de la ciudad de Paris. Fue hermoso contemplar una gran ciudad como esa desde las alturas, como si fuera una maqueta.
3) Cuando fui al carnaval da rua de Río de Janeiro. Me hipnotizó y contagió la energía fabulosa de la gente bailando y sentí que en ese momento sólo importaba dejarse llevar y bailar

TODO. Para enseñar primero hay que aprender y para aprender primero hay que compartir.
