CURRENT MISSION

I'm a little person with big travel ambitions! As you can see from my list of places visited I have a lot of catching up to do...and can't wait! I have no ties and no intention of gaining any on the way, free I am and freedom is bliss!

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly and probably the least fussy person you'll meet! Luxuries are a bonus but mean little :-) I can be awkward, but if I am it means I like you and care about your opinion. Shyness and my own expectations are the enemy...both in working progress! Traveling and meeting new people has been an amazing experience so far and looking forward to even more craziness and adventures! Current location, Thailand. Next location, Vietnam. Future location, undecided but in great anticipation!!! Look forward to meeting y'all! X

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

On my way to being verified...unfortunately my code is probably on it's way to Thailand! I have hosted and surfed a few times but mostly use CS as a way of meeting new and fascinating people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started my CSurfing adventures with my beautiful roomate, Kelly, in Thailand. We were both English teachers and enjoyed scaring our surfers with tales of snakes and spiders (we lived in a bungalow in the forest!). Thailand ended my hosting days and I began bumming a couch off other people during my time in Australia and New Zealand. Now I'm back in England I shall pass on that generosity as soon as I have a couch to offer!

Intereses

I find new ones daily and shelve old ones...and then re-discover old ones...but always open to undiscovered ones!
Don't worry, my students find it difficult to understand me too!

Music - way too varied to be boxed
Books - need to discover some new favorite authors now that Wilbur Smith has retired and 'apparently' I'm too old for Roald Dahl!
