ABOUT ME

Grew up in sunny Nelson at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Most famous Nelsonian has to be Ernst Rutherford who first split the atom, and Courtney Love went to boarding school here too...

Moved to Wellington (capital city) think Lord of the Rings (was an extra in that), haven't traveled widely (yet).

I have a couch, so am willing to let people crash on it, my flat mate who's couch it is won't mind either, but prefer some warning first...

I work in the NGO sector as a manager, and have been involved in politics and film (currently finishing a documentary on musician Stevie Starr).

I am free spirited and friendly and love meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

Believe there is something bigger than me, so I am spiritual in a sense but I know to keep things in perspective and enjoy the time while I am here on earth.

I would like to crash out on other's couches as it is cheaper and more friendly to share a couch. And I want to meet new people as I travel...

Update, I am traveling to the States Oct 17 to 7 Nov 2008 and have already connected with some interesting people here. It is so good to see such a good community...
