ABOUT ME

I'm a Seattle native, and I've been living in Italy for a few years. I am passionate about travel, learning languages and exploring new cultures and places. I'm currently living in Treviso, Italy working as a CLIL english teacher and at the same time learning Italian as well.

PHILOSOPHY

The most important things to me are family, friends, and tranquility.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I'm living with an Italian family, so I will not be able to provide a couch, but I would love to grab a coffee or a drink in my city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't couchsurfed personally, but I have met a ton of couchsurfers who have come to stay on my friends' couches. It's been a very positive experience to meet them and share ideas :)

I love playing playing sports, cooking, eating, yoga, dancing, history and most of all traveling. I also love learning new languages, and have been polishing my italian.

Generally I love foreign films (not American ususally) and non-fiction books about history, foreign cultures, and cook books too!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Just recently, one of the Italian students I teach who is 8, began to tell me all about the parts of the flower during class, all in english! It's amazing how children are like sponges with languages! Another thing that has awestruck is my recent trip to Rome, I spent several hours in the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum absolutely fascinated and amazed about being able to be so close to priceless pieces of ancient history.
