About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel around France and study/learn eco-alternatives!

ABOUT ME

I'm always new and re-inventing myself so its hard to define and say 'all about me' in words or sentences.

I'll try:

I graduated as a chef and have many experience from restaurants, hotels and working in cafes internationally. This days i'm less about spending time in the kitchen and more in developing online projects. However i really love to cook for friends!

I thrive to make the world a better place by contributing to solution-oriented strategies... This means I'm critical of how we are currently using resources in a very short-sighted way... !! I'm aware of the challenges and study solution, may it be organic food, permaculture (permanent culture), co-operative vs competitive thinking, ethical and responsible entreprise models. There's so much staff out there we just have to connect the solutions. I'm proud of what i managed to achieve being a pioneer in many field. Here is my brag list :)))

I carpooled when carpooling was not even known. I don't have a driver licence and do not look forward to get one. I have travelled for more miles and visited more places than many of my friends with that 'driver licence'. What's a licence anyway when you got imagination? Actually i drove an automatic Volvo in Australia but never got caught, lucky me.

I used to wwoof when wwoof was not even known in many places. I woofed without the list but actually asked farmer direct about this !!

When I got into raw foods there were not social media like this days and it was almost a stigma eating carrots & celery. So I'm proud not to be a person that does things because of convenience or because they are trendy but simply out of intuition + backed up by ratio / science. I like to support where and when i can and am a realistic optimist. I believe in balance of rationality and idealism. We always tend to either embrace one or the other when in fact both should and could co-exist.

I believe that simple things like a warm smile, some sincere words and of course real action are way more effective!

So there is time when to talk and there is time when to walk and there is time when you gotta let that mind quieten and realise we are all in this ... ship together! I said ship, not shit... did I ? :)

I'm very passionate about health and to share what i have learned over many years traveling and meeting people from all walk of life. I attended seminars world-wide with a wide array of experts and by that i mean people that carry out their work professionally treating maladies like cancer etc.

I prefer non-smoking environment and love a glass of wine or beer if its organic better!

I'm not someone that wants to fit in any 'cliche' because to me that is very restrictive.

So said I don't believe in any ISM or ideology. I can't fix in any box no matter how good it is. I believe in universal principles that's it.

PHILOSOPHY

Your Heart must have Hands and your Hands must have a Heart

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered CS back in 2009 in Austria when I was in Vienna. Although I was hosted in a CS-way it was not done over the CS-network but via a friend. I really like this community and way of traveling and I'm still relative new to it ! That said I have been hosted quiet a lot via wwoof around the world.
