ABOUT ME

I enjoy traveling, motorcycles, beer, and sport shooting. I also dig classic rock, philosophy, politics, and arcane vocabulary.

I am always looking to have a grand adventure and try new things.

I am often quiet and contemplative, but get a few beers in me or put me in the right mood and I will start telling stories or talk your ear off with philosophical discourse.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem. We only have one chance to be those really cool old people that tell the amazing stories.

It takes more than simply seeing something to experience it. One must interact with it and then tell the story of the interaction. Without the story, experience is not complete.

I bungee jumped in the Corinth Canal in Greece.

I also drove 11,000 around North America for a month.

I am a student of Christian history and theology. This has led me to explorations popular culture through the lens of religious rhetoric and experience.

I also might be able to shed light on why conservative Christians act/vote the way they do.
