About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying not to forget how damn beautiful it is out there.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in a nomadic family (military brat), so I'm from nowhere and love to travel. I'm starting medical school soon and getting antsy about such a commitment, but with any luck I'll have slept on some of your couches before they get me!
PHILOSOPHY
I'm a live and let live kind of guy - to each his own.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In Barcelona I was offered a couch in a crowded top floor loft apartment, accessed by a giant metal chain garage door thing that took three people to open (one to hold the open button down and two to lift it up), where I ended up losing the couch to a homeless man who lived on the roof and sometimes came in when it rained. So instead I shared the floor with a couple of pieces of cat flesh from the two strays the homeless guy let in (also inhabitants of the roof) who attacked each other all night in the room. The walls were decorated with writing which said "this is the room where Bart was aborted", not sure what that meant, but I sure as hell wasn't bored!
Interests
OUTSIDE, always the best place to be. I like all the things one usually does when outside; hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, swimming, canoeing, you know. Also, beer and wine and good food. And movies, and books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once saw a goat standing on top of a cow while it grazed placidly in a farm field. Everyone knows goats like to stand on the highest thing possible, but since when does the cow not care?
