We're a couple from Germany trying to travel as much as we can. We're hoping to meet awesome people and make new friends along the way, so we decided to try Couchsurfing.

We'll be in England for a bit in April - probably mostly in the South - although we don't have a set plan yet, so we'll just see where life takes us.

We live in Regensburg and we both study medicine here. We would love to host travellers from time to time and show them this beautiful little city.
We spent 6 months travelling through South East Asia in 2016/17 and it's been such a great time - now we can't get enough. Since then we've traveled to Chile, through the South of Spain for a few weeks and spent more than a month in northern India.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all: To meet awesome people. Because people who host other humans they don't even know are practically nice, interesting and fun by definition. We're really looking forward to meeting you in person!

Secondly: Locals know their way around the place and might also have a couple of tips for us.

We're fluent in German and English, so we could practice that with you or your family.

We're also learning Spanish at the moment, but we're still at a mediocre level. We would love to practice our conversational skills!

We like to chat about things over a beer or two, and we're always interested in your philosophy, political ideas, and whatever else moves you or is important to you :-)
Apart from that, we're always in the mood for a fun round of card games and the like!
