Leaving my hometown, and finding my home

ABOUT ME

I am from Clearwater, Florida... where I have spent most of my life. I love the heat, the sun, the beaches, the laid back vibe of it all. All my friends and family live there..

But I decided I needed to make a change, and even though it was my hometown, I felt like I wasn't home.

That is when I decided to pack up all of my stuff (that I could fit in my SUV), with my dog Dutchess of course...and travel across the country until I found somewhere I felt like I should stay a while.

I left Clearwater, went to Savannah, GA, Virginia Beach, Staten Island, and I was living on a farm in Maine. (Part of WWOOF...(world wide opportunities of organic farming)... It was my first time, a great experience, and have learned a lot.

After I left the farm Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Lansing michigan , and Indianapolis, Illinois, St. Louis, arkansas, Oklahoma..

However, I am ready to keep my trip going and meet more of the people couch surfing and WWOOF has to offer.. :)

Right now I am living in boston, Massachusetts.. I keep getting requests for florida and I am not there anymore!! Sorry, but come visit me in the northeast :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am excited to say I started hosting in boston! However, my accommodations are less than ideal. I have five room mates so in order to respect the common living areas, my surfers stay in my room with me and share my bed. That being said, I am only hosting women at this time. Maybe in the near future, I will find a way to better accommodate but so far it's been fine. But don't let that deter you from messaging me and we can meet up in boston if I'm not working! Love meeting fellow surfers!
