I am a traveller hoping to experience living in other cultures, as I have had amazing experiences being immersed in different cultures during my childhood :) I want to continue that kind of learning, while catching onto new languages as well!

I am currently having a gap year, but hoping to work in education or movies (hand-drawn / animated) after university. My dog Waldo is joining me on my travels, he is a calm and hassle-free bolognese and will be a quiet, clean quest if you let us stay!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently backpacking in Japan with my dog and hoping to try couchsurfing to meet new friends and stay at different places, hopefully having some nice conversations as well :)

Will also consider hosting in the future if the situation allows.

I could teach you Finnish or English... And always ready to share ideas!

I am hoping to learn some Japanese while in Japan so chatting with native speakers will be helpful,
however I still need to rely on English in discussion as I am mostly just learning by listening.
