ABOUT ME

Positive and cheerful 23-year-old girl from Finland :) Currently studying in Newcastle University in England. I'm a modern language student now about to start my year abroad, first in Spain and then in China. I'm quite close to nature type of girl but also enjoy dressing up and going out.
I love going to the gym and working out, but also enjoy relaxed nights in with a box of sweets.

I love travelling and meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Couchsurfing is a brilliant way to do it and I had an amazing experience with couchsurfing a few years back which made my first year in England.

Musica, film e libri

Geez, I don't know.
Okay favourite movie of all time is Just Go With It. It is amazing! I know a lot of people might think that is is just an average film but that is one film that can always make me happy. You know how some films might make you be happy for a short while but then you end up just wishing that your life would be the same or you'd have that incredible singer/guitarist/mcdreamy hubby or that unbelievably beautiful apartment that the main characters live at? Well Just Go With It doesn't do that to you. It just makes you happy. Just happy. Plus I love Jennifer Aniston and the film has a really nice scenery. Ended up babbling again.
I also love Disney. One is simply never too old for Disney.

I am a potterhead so yeah. I love Harry Potter.

When it comes to music, I can take almost everything. I think the only exception is metal or something. That I usually don't like but otherwise I enjoy all kinds of music.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Erm, well I quit my job and moved to England with my friend in 2014, that was pretty major and it is something that I'm really proud of. I don't even know how that happened. In addition, we didn't have an apartment or jobs when we first got to England but thanks to amazing Conor Cathcart and Cameron Clarke we found home the first evening already.
I also studied Spanish on my own in only a few months up to a good enough level and managed to get into Newcastle University to study Spanish.
