About Me
ABOUT ME
Self driven, determined, optimist, thinker, interested to learn new things, generous, reader, writer, informal.
I obtained two separate degrees in Germany and since in the US, trained/worked with horses, as a free lance journalist for European horse magazines and other business (ad)ventures.
PHILOSOPHY
Be open minded, embrace differences, learn from one another.
I believe it would help mankind, if every young adult would have to live in a foreign country for a year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I believe the presence of different people and their stories are enriching to our family. Shared experiences mean learning from one another, understanding, changing and laughing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing experience in BCN was very positive! I would always surf and host again. It is a great way to travel, opening your heart to other cultures, people and food.

Music, Movies, and Books
Most music including: Some classical, Celtic, contemporary, 8o's and any rhythm that sounds good to my ears.
Books: Adventurous travel books and biography, historical books, mysteries (Charlotte Link)
Movies: I am not a movie expert. I prefer documentaries and movies which encompass wildlife and nature.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Self-guided pack trips into remote Idaho wilderness 6 days each.
Spending time in remote places, listening to my instincts and being empowered, realizing what one can do.
Teach, Learn, Share
My/our love for nature and the little things in life, horseback riding, campfire evenings and friendship.
