Originally from Portland, Oregon, I am currently a law-student in New York City. I'm currently on sabbatical from school to travel the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Although I have had a profile on CS for many years, I have just recently started actively traveling again. During my most recent trip, I realized that I didn't like that hostels were only allowing me to get to know tourists... and how important it is for me to get to know a city from people who actually live there!

I am currently traveling through Italy, and am headed to Spain next!
