ABOUT ME

Hello there,

After few years working in IT (Nora) and Media / AV Production (Celine), we quit our job and left Paris, France in 2012 to come to Australia.

We have explored this amazing country for 1 year, in our beloved campervan that brought us from Cairns to Darwin, Alice Springs, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane crossing through so many beautiful landscapes of bush and forests…This nomad way of life has lead us to many wonderful places, so much nice people, it was a great adventure in whole.

We settled in Brisbane in June 2013, and started a different life, in the city! Fascinated by the Australian coffee culture, we both got hired in the same cafe, best way to learn about coffee making with great work mates.

We have always had a strong interest for travelling. In recent years, we have been to Mali, Crete, Vietnam and many more places in Europe, and we hope to make it to India, Cambodia (Nora's country of origin), and maybe South America in a near future !

Our hobbies consist in music, photography, cinema and books. We have actually started an online art project in February 2014 called AWE, that you can check out here: awildedge.com. Coming to New Zealand in June 2014 with a 1-year Working Holiday Visa, we hope to have many Helpx experiences as exploring and discovering cultures and people's lifestyle and how it is different from ours, is the purpose of AWE: a place to document everything that's going on in our life & travel. So indeed, in our NZ trip we hope to meet you and share.
