I'm a grad student in Boulder. I live with my boyfriend and we raise a husky, 5 chickens, and a 4-year-old boy. We have 5+ bikes in our garage at any given time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I lived in a housing co-op for 3 years in Boulder, and I now serve on the board of the co-op organization (Boulder Housing Coalition) with the goal of creating more opportunities for affordable cooperative housing in Boulder County.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We often hosted couchsurfers at the co-op while I lived there. I also had many friends in Boulder who were part of the couchsurfing community, and I have enjoyed showing friend's surfers around the town.

Interests

Kayaking, skiing, hiking, camping, rollerblading, eating, gardening, raising chickens, singing. Statistics, biology, bacteria, complex systems. Cooperative living, cooperatively-owned businesses, social democracy, Bernie Sanders, sharing economy.
