About Me

⚠️👨I choose “Decline & Flag This Request” for host requests from men, as it shows they haven’t read my profile. Why are you making a request without even reading it?
⚠️I only exchange contact other apps with people I’ve met in person or have confirmed plans to meet.

⭐︎ABOUT ME⭐︎
I’m a beginner on this app.
I have experience doing a working holiday abroad, so I really enjoy communicating with people from different countries.
My English speaking level is intermediate, but I’m hoping to improve, so I’d be happy to have more chances to use English.

I enjoy travelling with friends who visit Japan and sometimes act as their guide. I love travelling.
I’m also Foodies, so I love good meals and lovely restaurants. I’m particular about having delicious meals.
I’m also knowledgeable about anime.
It would be lovely to have tea or coffee together, hang out and have fun, and share our cultures, experiences and anime.

I’m not good with alcohol, so I don’t usually go out drinking at bars.
But I’d be happy to help you with things like interpretation, guiding, or anything you might need support with during your time in Japan.
In return, if you could treat me to a drink or a meal, that would be really appreciated 😊

For you, Japan may just be one of many countries you’ve traveled to. However, I hope that during your trip to Japan, beyond food and anime, you have the motivation to learn at least a little Japanese, respect Japanese culture and rules, and develop a deeper interest and appreciation for Japan.
(Please avoid any behavior that inconveniences others, as Japanese people strongly dislike it. That is why Japan is quiet and clean.)

⭐︎ABOUT HOST⭐︎
As a general rule, I don’t host people at my home.
However, if you’re a solo female traveller and a non-smoker, I may be open to discussing it.
Please note that my place is quite far from the city centre (Namba or Shinsaibashi etc) and about a 25-minute walk from the nearest station,
so it might not be the convenient option.
But if you’re still interested, feel free to reach out!

I feel a bit disappointed when requests are copy-pasted. If you only need a place to stay, a hotel near the city center or another host would be a better option.
I usually accept requests that feel more personal, so it would mean a lot if you could share why you chose to apply to me and tell me about yourself.

I need time and preparation to accept a guest, such as adjusting my schedule and cleaning my room.
If someone doesn’t show respect to the host, I’m not interested in hosting them. My place is not free accommodation for you.
It’s important that both sides feel it’s a win-win relationship.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was my very first trip abroad, and I didn’t speak any English at all—but I traveled alone, including a domestic transfer in OZ, to visit my friend in Melbourne.
