ABOUT ME
I live in Kyoto with my Czech husband, and work as a graphic designer in Osaka. We started marriage life in South Moravia in the Czech Republic, and came back in Kyoto in 2020.
I used to host Couchsurfers at my place often before, but I currently don’t have enough time for that. Although I genuinely enjoy meeting people.

I have been enjoying going around Kyoto by bike or in Kimono for my spare time. I have to say Kyoto is too busy nowadays, but I believe I could suggest you some hidden palaces.

I've had great experience that I couldn't have without local hosts when I've visited other countries. I'd like to give back to travelers since I live in Kyoto.

I love Kimono. I wear Kimono as often as possible. I could help your shopping if you want to get one as I know how to choose affordably and what tools you should prepare to wear one.

Music :
Elliott Smith, Travis, Galactic, The Beastieboys, and Beck are my all-time favorites.
I listen mostly Funk, Pops, Rock, Soul, Hip Hop. Also I love going to music Festivals such as Fuji Rock Festival.

Movies :
I’m a cinephile.

Books :
Reading something everyday on the commuter train but no particular favorite genre or author.
