I was born in South Africa, of Irish blood, and grew up in Iowa. I love almost all pork products. I'm told I make random animal noises often. I am a big biological anthropology nerd. I've got wonderful boyfriend, Robb. He's a mechanical engineer who's into bikes, beer, and woodworking. We currently live in a tiny studio in NYC (so we can't host at the moment) but are hoping to move into a one bedroom soon! I've traveled a fair amount but I will never be done exploring. Southeast Asia and South America are currently some of my top regions of interest. Message me if you want to know more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfed in Europe in Spring 2011, I hope to host people someday in New York City! I think the Couchsurfing community is full of wonderful, open, and generous people and I hope to contribute to that.
