Amazing, huh... I don't know if I'd describe it as amazing but I had a perfect first date once - dinner followed by a long walk along the beach to the cliffs where the sea had a series of powerful surges and there was a lovely moment of silent appreciation of the world.. then walked back to the car, went for a drive around the lake back to the beach where we sat talking until the sun came up when we finally kissed... it was just one of those perfect continuation of moments that you couldn't have planned if you tried.

That relationship lasted all of a few weeks but hey :p

I'll perhaps change this once I have more time to think about it.

It's better to be overweight and exercise with a decent diet than skinny and not do any exercise at all with a poor diet.
