Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I’m here to dive deeper into different cultures, swap travel stories, and connect with fellow explorers from all over. Whether it’s finding a host while I’m on the road or just hanging out with like-minded surfers passing through — I’m all about good vibes, real conversations, and shared experiences.

Couchsurfing Moments (6 and counting)
Linked up with a local in Istanbul who gave me an unforgettable city tour — all the hidden corners and local gems.
Got hosted in Saudi Arabia by an incredibly warm and generous family — hospitality on another level.
Welcomed a Thai-English chef and her adorable daughter into my city — we explored, ate well, and had a blast discovering the local scene.
Last summer, my friend and I road-tripped up north with two German travelers we’d just met — three spontaneous days of laughter, landscapes, and late-night talks.
Grabbed coffee with an American doctor; we swapped stories, shared ideas, and debated life’s big mysteries — like whether zebras are black with white stripes or white with black stripes (spoiler: still unresolved).
And then there’s my Spanish buddy who visits often — we always find time to hang out, explore nearby spots, and catch up on life.
Interests
I’ve got a serious thing for travel — if there’s a weekend, a half-day off, or even a random window of free time, I’m probably already throwing a few essentials into a bag and heading out of the city. Movement energizes me. I don’t wait for the perfect plan; I go where the mood takes me. Luckily, the nature of my work feeds that spirit too — I’m constantly surrounded by people from all over the globe. Most of them are foreigners, always open to good conversation, new places, and spontaneous hangouts. It’s a vibe I easily flow with.
Around people, I’m pretty fluid — lightweight in the best way. I blend in, lift the energy, never weigh it down. Whether it’s deep talks or light laughs, I know how to ride the moment without forcing it.
Beyond the road and the social spark, I’m a full-on movie maniac, web developer by craft (and curiosity), and someone who always has music playing in the background — everything from soul to synthwave, whatever matches the mood. Life’s a playlist, and I try to keep mine fresh, loud, and moving.
