ABOUT ME

My friends would tell you that I am an excellent listener. I am, and I always try to follow up a good listen with a good story - of which I have many. I am stoked on life, surf and food and always looking for an excuse to relax (unless there's a really good adventure around the corner).

PHILOSOPHY

All you need in life is some time with the good wine, great friends, good food and some surf.

Interests

I love to be in the water and spend the most time possible surfing the West Coast of North America. If I'm not doing that, I'm collecting (and usually reading) books, hiking, swimming or sailing. Chances are, if I'm not doing any of those things, I'm baking somebody something fantastic.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fan of 1920s lit, the Beat Gen & anything by Vonnegut. Otherwise I read mainly Canadian literature (by mistake, mostly).

I listen to mostly folk-inspired music, but am generally excited to listen to anything that isn't top 40.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kayaked to a small island off of the sunshine coast of BC and camped. We froclicked through the Phosphorescence at night. It was magical, 10 years ago and still one of the most memorable moments of my life.
