Eve 6, Sugi Tap, Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, 3 Doors Down, Shakira, everything on the soundtrack to the Motorcycle Diaries (and you might as well throw the movie in with it), Trapt, Tonic (and all of their similar bands in the mid-1990's alternative rock style), George Thorogood (and those Destroyers of his are pretty good too), Bob Segar, Tom Petty, John Cougar Mellancamp, Billy Talent, and whatever else fits my mood at the time.

Plenty about the outdoors in the Northeastern United States, particulary New England. I'm pretty good at the gambit of activities from teaching fieldcraft to skiing and kayaking and can also lend some helpful information to anyone with plans to head this-a-way...
