CURRENT MISSION

Travel, meet other artists, and network with people throughout the world. I feel as though I want to push myself beyond my means and comforts to be exposed to the world.

ABOUT ME

My time spent is usually making art, or something that has to do with art and pushing my skills and concepts within my work. I just graduated from William Paterson University of NJ (May 2011.. so almost graduated technically). I am looking to pursue a career in teaching, though I want some real world experience with residencies and travel to observe other cultures and way of life. I love cooking, going out and socializing in various ways, whether its a party or just a gathering of people for dinner or openings. I am personable, and interested in meeting new people who are interested in art, even if they are not artists. I feel as though I have an opportunity to expose people to the art world and love when I have the opportunity to, so that they can understand how much work goes into being an artist. ok, enough rambling!!!

PHILOSOPHY

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. I live life with the intent to expand my horizons, and learn from people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couch is available, I cannot guarantee that it will always be available depending on dates and so forth, but I can at least show people around NYC, and the area. I am new to NYC in the past 3 years though I have learned alot, and been exposed to many interesting people and places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to CS, though I have slept at friends houses numerous times, and I feel as though I have participated in this even though I haven't signed up. Friends, and friends of friends have crashed at our apt and we always hang out and get to know people. For instance people came from Albany, and Buffalo, NY within the past 3 months, and I let them come and relax, hang out with them, show them places in NYC.
