I grew up in the Southwest and enjoy experiencing different cultures. I have mostly lived in Texas, but also in Germany and Mexico. You'll usually find me jamming to some good music, watching a good (but maybe unheard of) movie, and enjoying a hearty, delicious meal.

I recently worked a seasonal job in South Dakota and loved it. I am working on becoming location independent, but try not to spend too much time in front of screens. Doing seasonal work in different locations as a lifestyle would be amazing, but with a pet now it's trickier.

I value genuine personal connections and friendship, and I'm looking forward to connecting with travelers in my city so I can recommend great spots, and join you whenever possible. I am interested in sharing my knowledge about the area and my place in a good location so visitors can thoroughly enjoy their time here. I'd also like to travel like a local and meet people from different backgrounds so we can learn from each other.

Whether it's losing myself in my obsession--music, indulging in delicious food and drink--or admiring the
architecture of the cities I visit, I am there.
Travel makes me more self-aware and present, and I cherish it.

Lately I've been reading self-development and spiritually themed books, but I also love novels.

Movies: Psychological thrillers and dramas tend to top my list along with some horror, though I enjoy a cheesy comedy from time to time.

Music is my favorite art form. I love rock, metal, electronic, and some country-rock, but I also listen to mainstream hip hop and pop.

Move to a place where I didn't know a soul, stayed for over six years, and made lifetime friendships

I don't really consider it amazing, but looking back, it was a great part of my life that I value deeply.
