ABOUT ME

I am interested in travelling. Hitch-hiking is a life philosophy for me. I love dancing and Yoga. I am very interested in herbal medicine, meditation, understanding life.
I love writing letters, theatre, art in general. I love animals especially horses and cows.
I life, love and travel with my lifecompanion Franz.

Project: Spectrum Heart was founded in January 2011 . Its about inner evolution ...like Gandhi said: 'Be the change that you wish to see in the world.'
We are 3 people, a meditation an yoga teacher, a healer, dancer and family therapist and a communication (NCV, M. Rosenberg) and natural teacher
