I am a critical economist who wants to integrate holistic approaches to Social Sciences. I constantly try to be the change that I want to see in the world. Moreover, I am interested in almost everything, since my childhood, I watch documentaries about all kinds of topics from rocket science to environmental degradation.
I want to make a profound impact on my society and therefore currently I am involved in Non-Governmental Organizations. I executed oikos Baku, students for sustainability in economics and management. Furthermore, was elected to be an Executive Board member of oikos International.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In accordance with my previous travel experiences, I realized it is the most delightful experience to discover a city with locals. Thus, I can get an exact spirit of the place I travel to and feel as a local as well. I like to talk with people from different backgrounds. I had various Couchsurfing experience from hosting to staying and it helped me to explore new perspectives in the world.
In 2017 I lived my most interesting time of the life. Therefore, I have many interesting travel stories from different countries.

I write many papers at the moment on various topics to help the development of the world we live in.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Generally I used to listen only hard rock, punk rock (german ones). Böhse Onkelz, Betontod.
But now I listen also general ones as well. For instance, "U2 - With Or Without You"

Movies:
I like science-fiction movies, but I don't watch movies so often. Most of the time, I rather watch documentation regarding a specific topic. The only movie series I watched is Harry Potter.

Books:
I read many books, such as Influence, HBR Most 10's, 6 hats of thinking, The Constant Economy, Dostoevsky, and so on.
Now I prefer to read books related to self-development because I am highly in need of them. Currently, I have many books that I read as I am pursuing a career in Social Sciences. I have around 15 books to read within upcoming months :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Impacting our society in an appropriate way. I made many changes in my surroundings as much as I could. I love the feeling of making a positive influence on others. Therefore, I love helping others.

For me the powerful motivator is not the money that I can earn, but rather the opportunity to contribute to the others around me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach my peers and friends about economics and related fields as I am good at economics and other Social Sciences. Furthermore, I teach English to many of my friends and provide them with many useful tips and tricks that they can use to improve their English. Additionally, I love sharing with others, because sharing is caring.

As I mentioned above, I am interested in almost everything. So, I am open to learning. I would appreciate it a lot.
